Mansfield offers consigned fuel, third party billing services, and working capital services on a national scale. So, in many ways, Mansfield works like both a bank and a billing administrator for our clients. Our clients rely on our working capital services to balance the volatile price of fuel while allowing their third party customers to utlize common fueling infrastructure to lower fueling costs for all parties. 

Consigned Fuel
Due to volatile fuel prices, many companies are wary of the cost of carrying inventory. No one wants to leave money in the ground when fuel is not used. Mansfield will consign your fuel inventory. We own the fuel until you transfer it to your vehicle. You pay as you consume the fuel.

Third Party Billing
Mansfield provides third party billing services to our clients so that they can provide value added fueling services to their customers or so that other third parties can more affordably leverage a common fueling facility. 

These services can be delivered in conjuction with fleet card use, or through the use of either pin codes or RFID devices.  Summary billing is distributed to all customers and third parties in both paper and online formats, and an online portal is provided to support billing inquires and research by all parties.
